For people currently applying
A job-search clipboard that only shows who you owe a follow-up today.
Applications stop dying in your inbox because the next action has a date, and this morning’s list is only the people who are due.
CA$17 · one-time · instant zip after Stripe
Price is US dollars on the Payment Link. A Canada Stripe account still settles to a CAD bank; Stripe converts.
The product is this tab. Not a decorated dashboard.
Who it is for
You already have 15–80 applications in flight. You are a career-switcher, a laid-off IC, or a new grad who will not pay $29 a month for Huntr or Teal. Follow-ups rot in Gmail. You want a clipboard, not a course, not a personality brand, and not another pretty log.
What you get
- WhoToChase_JobPipeline.xlsx — duplicate into Google Sheets (recommended), Excel 365, or Apple Numbers. Tabs: Chase, Pulse, Roles, Rounds, Offer Split, Setup.
- START_HERE.pdf — ten-minute setup, then an eight-minute weekday ritual. US Letter and A4.
- Chase_Cadence.pdf — Day 0 / Day 5 / Day 12, and three short skeletons you rewrite so they sound like you.
- Round_Sheet.pdf — one page for the call: four questions they asked, two answers to reuse, one follow-up you owe.
- Personal-use license. CSV snapshots if you insist on importing.
Chase is a live list of roles whose next-action date is today or earlier and whose status is still alive. Pulse is four counts (Applied, Waiting, Interviewing, Offers) plus a response rate and an overdue number. Offer Split is side-by-side notes — base, PTO, remote, commute, gut 1–5 — not a budget.
What it is not
Not a resume writer. Not an ATS. Not legal advice. Not a career-coaching service. Not a board you will decorate and abandon. Sample companies in the workbook are fiction (Northpine, Quilt & Co, Harbor Civic). Delete them when yours exist.
How you get the files
Pay on Stripe. After payment you are redirected to a download page. Stripe also emails a receipt to the address you type at checkout (email is required). Keep that receipt; the download page is unlisted on purpose.
FAQ
Do I need Google Sheets?
No. Upload the .xlsx to Drive and open it in Sheets if you want the FILTER on Chase to spill automatically. Excel 365 does the same. Apple Numbers: open the .xlsx, and if Chase errors, filter Roles on column O (On chase?) to YES. That filtered list is Chase.
Is this a subscription?
No. CA$17 once. You keep the files. Updates are not promised.
Refunds?
14 days if you have not used it. Email the support address on the receipt. Digital goods can still be charged back if you skip this line, so it is real: unused file, 14 days, no argument.
Can I share the zip?
Personal use. No resale, no “resource pack,” no public template upload. If the download URL leaks, that is a known risk of a $17 file; the license is still personal.
